Jing Massage - follow up

A blend of Eastern & Western techniques including fascia release, trigger points, acupressure, stretching and self care. The Jing method works to increase mobility, agility and joint range of motion whilst decreasing daily pain. 
The programme is based on a reduction of pain in 6 or less treatments.

Jing Advanced Massage - first session

A deeply relaxing massage using pre-blended natural & organic aroma-therapeutic balm to ease muscular tension and alleviate tight knots in shoulders and neck muscles. A full consultation is included as part of the treatment.

Indian Head Massage

A 4 part workshop over four consecutive weeks. This workshop will introduce you to simple ways to reconnect to your teen daughter so you can work in partnership with one another.
